iOS 17 and later
A few quiet minutes, whenever you need them.
Guided audio sessions, a silent timer, and a private record of your practice. No account to create. Nothing leaves your phone.
In development — not yet on the App Store
Twelve sessions, two to twenty minutes
Six categories — relax, sleep, stress, focus, breathing and mornings. Pick by how much time you have, not by how much you know about meditation.
Audio keeps playing when you leave the app, shows up on the lock screen, and works with the silent switch on. A phone call pauses it and it waits for you.

For sitting on your own
Six lengths from three to thirty minutes, and a gentle sound at the end.
The timer counts against the clock rather than ticking, so locking your phone mid-session doesn't lose the time. Come back and it is where it should be.

Kept, and kept private
Total time, sessions, current streak and the past week — enough to see the shape of a habit forming.
It lives on your phone. There is no account to make and no leaderboard to lose.

Search and filter, then start
Browse by category or search by name. Every session tells you its length before you commit to it.
Everything is on the device already, so it works on a plane, on the underground, and anywhere the signal doesn't reach.

Private because there is nowhere for it to go
This isn't a promise about how carefully we handle your data. The app has no networking code in it at all, so there is no server to trust and no transfer to secure.
- No account, no sign-in, no email address
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking
- No third-party SDKs — the app has no external dependencies whatsoever
- Your history and settings stay in the app's own storage on the device, and go with it if you delete the app
